How is everything going?
I'm writing to you concerning love like other girls do.
The same word “love” may have various meaning and understanding in different minds and circumstances. It is sweet, bitter, or bitter sweet, anyway , we agree to differ.
As an onlooker, I am clear-headed regarding other's love, but totally confused when I'm in. Indeed, love does exist, but who can guarantee it to last forever? I believe nobody can. Virtually, we can never possess love or someone, but enjoy them. “The only thing you can own forever is what you have lost.” So, I'm a coward, I dare not to love, because I don't know whether I can get the same love as I give and when I will lose it.
It may have slipped your mind, but I did fell in love with some one during my university time. At that time, love was so simple that I didn't care about anything, except him. Of course, there were quarrels, misunderstanding between us, but I treated them as the bricks used for paving the way to our happy, sweet life in the future. Because I had thought that was true love, and love could conquer all.
But the truth is that I'm completely wrong, love is not undefeatable. Time, space and some outer factors can just make everything fade away. Then we begin to doubt whether it is true love, whether he is my Mr. Right or I am his Miss. Right, whether we should stick to it or just give up. At last love is so vulnerable to be easily defeated. That is so pity, isn't it? This is life, and when it is over, everything is bull shit.
Oops! I'm over pessimistic. No matter what the result is, the process is beautiful, at least, I keep some happy memories in my mind and I can own the past memories forever. So, Rory, thanks for companying me in walking through these 3 years.
I definitely can find the right one who is waiting for me or he can find me who is waiting for him. Ok, let's compromise, we can meet each other some time and some where, then stay with each other in the rest of my life. Do you believe me?
