flag waving

If it weren't for Manchester United's 19 crowns, if Manchester United were not so successful in the past two decades, I don't think this past tragedy would have been so eye-catching. That's why I believe in what the political teacher said, material is the foundation of consciousness.

When players fight for dignity, honor, and spiritual banners, they are actually just a role, a component of business operations. I remember when the old captain Keane motivated his teammates in the locker room, he said not to win the championship, or for Manchester United, for some spiritual banner, but to say "If you don't play well, we will be unemployed tomorrow!" In fact, they too Worker.

However, the political teacher also said that consciousness can react to matter. If there is no belief in honor, the young man (Bobby) will not work hard for the first team; if there is no belief in dignity, the young team will not have the confidence to meet various challenges (the early stage is not optimistic); if there is no Manchester United's immortality Spirit, in the situation on the verge of bankruptcy, the club will not choose to go all out. They are heroes in the football world and spiritual banners in the real world!

Looking back on this history of Manchester United, and awakening my own faith. Please put your hand on your chest and ask yourself if your spirit is still there. If all you think about every day is house, car, and business, then when your spirit disappears, have you become an economic and social machine?

Honor, dignity, firm belief——In the real world, the spiritual flag will always fly!

United quotes

  • Jimmy Murphy: Football is a simple game. You win the ball, you pass the ball, you score a goal. All else is embellishment.

  • Bobby Charlton: What more do I need to do to get into the team?

Duncan Edwards: Keep working, keep smiling, time will come.

Bobby Charlton: That's easy for you to say with your England cap at seventeen. Everybody loves you, mighty Duncan Edwards.

Duncan Edwards: I went throught the same as you. And I grafted every hour of every day. I didin't get given a place in the team, I stole one. It's a struggle to get in the team, it's a struggle to stay in it. But if you don't have the guts to fight for that for the next fifteen years of your life, you best get on the train now. It'd be stupid, because you're bloody good actually.
