"Hannah Sisters" shows a middle-class family in New York, everyone in the family is on the verge of a nervous breakdown, but the middle class never makes a revolution, their lives are never derailed, the big deal is a roller coaster ride, everyone is screaming screaming for help, but after a few seconds they were still smiling and returned to their original positions. This movie is from Woody Allen, I mean no one could do it better than him.

Among the three sisters, the eldest is a typical hard-working eldest, the youngest is a typical youngest who is loved by everyone, and the second is always ignored because he is a sandwich, so he falls into the abyss of self-pity, self-love and selfishness.

Their relationship with men is also determined by their character. The boss is a selfless giver. No man is willing to abandon such a wife. Although cheating happens from time to time, he blames himself very badly. If the boss keeps in the dark There's nothing wrong with it, others may not have had a better life than her, and every family relationship can't stand scrutiny. The cute youngest must have to deal with all kinds of men, be haggard by all kinds of love, love, be loved, haggard at the poles of happiness and sorrow, but a woman is beautiful, what can I complain about , she may not be willing to change it. The second child is a danger. If you want too much, you will always feel good about it, and you will do things that hurt your family. If you don’t meet Woody Allen and like to do it in your own home, there shouldn’t be a good ending. The last sentence combined with Woody's own real situation is quite creepy: a man who was first with a woman, did not blossom, and now is with her sister,,, how wonderful. This is really one of Woody Allen's life philosophies (first with Mia Farrow and later with their adopted daughter), but he deserves the worst of them all.

In this film, I saw New York and New York scenery again. The husband of the elder sister fell in love with the younger sister, and loitered in front of her house to plan an unexpected encounter. When they met, they went to the bookstore together and bought a book of poems as a gift. She, if it weren't for the fact that I was too concerned about Woody Allen's incestuous tendencies, this infidelity is another chapter of love. The street bookstore in Soho, New York, is not the kind of decoration we have today, which is very delicate and warm and has coffee. A fragrant bookstore, but a shabby and cluttered with a bit of hippie flavor, heavy bookshelves, dense books, and a quiet world containing the universe, where men tease women behind books.

Digression: There is a problem with Woody Allen's selection of actors. Except for the eldest of the three women, the other two are obviously not in line with the image to be created. The youngest is actually not beautiful. Too strong. The second child is simply a woman in her 40s, and a slightly younger actor may be more suitable for her rough personality who always messes things up. The actor's appearance does not match the role, which is a hindrance to my viewing.

Hannah and Her Sisters quotes

  • Elliot: It's hard to be around someone who gives so much and - and needs so little in return!

  • Norma: Hannah, can I tell everybody you're gonna play Desdemona?

Hannah: Oh, Mom, it's only television.

Norma: It's public television. To me, Shakespeare doesn't get any greater than Othello. You with some big black stud. I love it!
