The old-fashioned transposition drama, the eternal mother-daughter love

This girl can always be seen, whether it is Betty's classmate of the beautiful, willful and grumpy fairy in Ugly Betty, or a female editor who pretended to be pregnant in order to avoid being fired. The American girl is radiant, energetic and youthful.
The play is an old-fashioned transposition play, because the mother and daughter have changed their appearance or changed their minds because they ate the "fortune cookies" of Chinese mothers in the Chinese restaurant. It seems that there are many films of this type. At the beginning, I was definitely not used to complaining about each other. Later, while trying to adapt to each other, I finally understood each other's thoughts and difficulties because of the transposition effect, and found that love is a magic weapon to save everything. In the end, everyone was happy.
But there is no such thing. After all, we live in reality, and we cannot exchange identities with each other in reality, so every day we still complain, feel wronged, lament that he/she does not understand me, and imagine if he/she understands... We wishful thinking that if he/she respects me, identifies with me, and loves me, he/she should understand me, understand me, and know me. Talking too much is useless, everything is silent, communication is futile, explanation is superfluous, and communication is hypocritical. So misunderstandings, contradictions, and entanglements are left forever. In the end, you may forget why it started, but you will forever be buried in your heart.
I only hope that one day we can understand each other, the clouds break through the sunrise.

[Tess, in Anna's body, looks confused]

Anna (in Tess's body): So, 3 years ago, we had a really bad thing happen. We lost a Father and a Husband, and I didn't think we'd ever get over it. But then, this guy, next to me, came into the picture and everyone could see that I was happy again. I was singing in the shower again, not well, I might add...

    [Everyone laughs]

Anna (in Tess's body): ... But I was still worried about my kids, Anna and Harry, whether or not they would be able to accept a new man in their life. And now I know how Anna feels. And what she feels is that...

    [Anna's emotion begins to build]

Anna (in Tess's body): ... No one could ever take the place of her Dad...

    [Voice breaking, tears coming in]

Anna (in Tess's body): ... Because he was a really great Dad. But somebody could be a part of a new family in its own kind of cool, new little unit and that, for someone as special as Ryan, that we would all make a little more room. Anna would really wanted her Mom to know that.

[the room begins to shake in the style of an earthquake with Anna and Tess switching back to their own bodies]

Anna: [Overjoyed to be back in her own body,] And I am so psyched to be here. I guess...

[Walks down the steps, grabs a glass of water from a waiter]

Anna: ... all I'm trying to say is, Ryan, welcome to our family.

    [Raising her glass of water]

Anna: To the Bride and Groom.

    [Everyone applauds]

Ryan: [In Tess's ear] What the Hell just happened?

Tess: Trust me, you don't wanna know.

    [They kiss]
