The story frame of "Narnia" is built on an epic scale, full of retro adventures, loyalty and bravery, danger and challenge, the posture is big, and it looks spectacular. However, in the filling of the frame space, the storyline is very weak. For an adult audience, the plot of "Narnia" isn't a good story at all, let alone what's fascinating about it.
Compared with other magical giants, "Narnia" is doubly shabby. Especially in the world of Narnia, a grass-top team of a dozen people with seven or eight guns, proclaiming themselves kings and emperors, sailing all over the world, trying to pacify the sea and sweep the world, is really hilarious. Please be generous in the movie. Since there is such a majestic magical world, please make the size of the king's army match the magical world, and please coordinate the emotion of the story with the epic story. Small horses can't carry a cart, and the Voyage Treader can't carry too many ideals. The gap between the plot and the scale of the film is huge, living up to the original vision, and the end result is a false prosperity of Narnia with a serious disconnect between ideal and reality.
"Narnia" has obvious shortcomings in the story of the film. Even if the stunts are dazzling and the experience is fantastic, it cannot be called a successful magic film. As for wanting to be included in the epic camp, it is their wishful thinking.
