"The Wire" is a poor translation, and "Justifiable Murder" is much more logical.
Al Pacino is an actor I like very much. Whether it's "Scent of a Woman" or "The Devil's Advocate", people can't forget his acting skills, plus Robert De Niro, two men with wrinkled faces , so that this traditional film depicting police and criminals, justice and evil is full of dramatic tension. Please excuse me if my wording is incorrect. After all, he is not an insider who engages in drama criticism. Although the subject matter is traditional, (the righteous police officer in the Hong Kong film becomes a fallen angel, there are many such plots), the way of telling is very interesting, and the first-person narrative tone has also successfully played a role in confusing the audience. The same is true of the previous story about evil spirits. At first, I thought that the storyteller was the first protagonist, but finally I found out that the storyteller turned out to be the evil spirit itself! After watching it, I was in a cold sweat! This movie is similar, but different. Even when the truth emerges, you are still a little confused! You may still be thinking, what happened? how could this be? What exactly does that mean? ——That's why I find it interesting!
The film is full of non-stop foul language. But it doesn't make people hate it, but it makes the high-risk and high-pressure life of the police easier to understand. Let people have the feeling of "Oh! This is them!". Can understand how rude, even scary they are.
Reminds me that "Let the Bullets Fly" has been criticized and criticized too much recently. I haven't watched it, so I don't know if so many countries scold it or not. If so, that's fine.
It's all old men who have taken over the screen recently. It's the same at home and abroad. That's right, men are like soup, and they don't taste good until they are boiled for enough time. Of course not all men do. Otherwise, why are there so many people in the streets! Women are the same! Recently, everyone is sighing that youth is gone, in fact, we just changed a beautiful way!
"The Wire" aka "Justifiable Killing" is worth watching. Just two old dramas are worth watching!
