fairy tale not fairy tale

A friend said: The high score depends on the media and the low score depends on yourself. Personally, I think it's very refined. This movie is the type that depends on itself. The film is based on a fairy tale, which seems to be the trend of the past few years. Like Pan's Labyrinth, Pirates of the Caribbean, and more. This is not because the number of children in the world has skyrocketed or everyone's innocence has grown over the generations. . . In fact, this is because the ideas of fairy tales are easier to express, or the whole work is expressing ideas. And the fantasy color of the fairy tale lays the foundation for the picture of the film. This makes the fairy tale theme popular. A fairy tale is a form of expression that expresses the theme of fantasy, not Snow White. Like Pan's labyrinth, the bloody level is enough to be rated R by the Radio, Film and Television Bureau. . . The story tells that in the future, humans built an underground city to avoid the end of the world. A hundred years later, the city is facing destruction and the solution has been lost. . . The work spends a lot of time writing about people's attitudes and the protagonist to build a story of hope. The theme is the faint hope. I heard the phrase in Shawshank's redemption. Hope is a beautiful emotion and even the most beautiful thing. In the end, the protagonist's father stopped abruptly after picking up the note. Although it was slightly stronger, it felt very artistic. what? this is my work! Impressed me, this is no longer a fairy tale and memorable. . . .

City of Ember quotes

  • Doon Harrow: Did you see those store-rooms? They're completely empty. We're gonna run out of food.

    [He looks away from Lina]

Doon Harrow: It doesn't matter anyway. The Generator won't last. And pretty soon it'll be black for good.

  • [Doon and Lina have discovered a hidden bicycle-like jalopy with which their parents had tried to escape Ember, many years ago]

    Lina Mayfleet: What is this?

Doon Harrow: [recognizing the built-from-weird-parts look of the thing] My dad made this.

Lina Mayfleet: It doesn't look very safe.

Doon Harrow: That's my dad. Everything he makes looks like this.
