to digress. This movie far exceeded my expectations. At first I thought it was shot in Europe. There is a consistent European cool tone, the editing is crisp, and the shots are realistic. The music is just the right amount of brevity. There are several shots that are impressive. One of them ends with Tristan lying dead by the river, with Isolde by his side. The silhouette of two people, the river behind them flows quietly with silver light reflecting, everything is silent, but it can make people feel: the hero lives in such an era, his life has bloomed, and now he can leave peacefully.
