I have to talk about the translation of European and American movies. Just like the film "Please Give" is called "Landlord and Tenant" by some people, it is not as meaningful as the literal translation of "Please Give". Straightforward, clear expressions are sometimes more effective. Just like the plain and straightforward narrative that director Nick Harofense gave the film from beginning to end, the plain and clear story direction, driven by the protagonists' very lifelike dialogues, will linger in two or even more ordinary stories. Katherine Keener's version of middle-class women, not only brings people kindness and authenticity, but even shocks you.
