In the film, the teacher said that poetry comes from the heart, and Miko has been searching for the poems in her heart, even if all kinds of burdens keep coming. The beauty of life lies in its original color, not in its beauty, and vice versa. I had always thought that Li Cangdong was a pessimistic film poet, but since "Miryang" began to change, as for "Poem", I began to believe that the philosophy of life in Li Cangdong's films is far from simple. Although "Poem" is still full of indifference and hypocrisy, compared with "Oasis", there is no fierce struggle and arrogant attitude of "I am alone in the world", and Li Cangdong has become more tolerant and open-minded towards the world and life.
For Li Cangdong, art comes from life, but ultimately belongs to life.
