real friend

Before I read it, I thought it was a story about a little boy who went from ordinary to becoming a popular figure in the school, but at the end I found out that it was a story between two little friends. After entering junior high school, grag was very confused at first and could not find his own way. (Similar to when I just entered college now) He wants to know more people, and wants to be different from elementary school. He hopes to grow up and make a difference (the reason why he refuses to join the school newspaper is because he thinks he will report it often in the future.) ). He found that after entering the school, it was not what he wanted, and he seemed to be hitting a wall everywhere. But fortunately, he also has a buddy with him, and he thinks Rowley has a worse life than him, and Rowley can't live without him. In fact, he is looking for a kind of spiritual umbrella, and it is himself who cannot stand loneliness and exclusion. I feel more and more that I am a bit like Grag. I have very good friends around me, and I take it for granted that others treat me well. My friends are all kind, pure, and genuinely give for themselves. However, we may often think of ourselves first in our own hearts, and even feel disdain for some stupid behavior of our friends, or even hate being with them. Usually, these thoughts do not emerge in the minds of friends. And when we go our separate ways, because of the sincerity and kindness of children's shoes like Rowley, they will always attract people around them, and people around them will be happy to be friends with such people. It was then that Grag realized that he couldn't do without Rowley, and he began to regret what he had done wrong in the past. Although I found that I have similarities with Grag, when I look at his behavior, I also think that he is too much in some places. I don't know if I usually treat my friends with such self-centeredness. In the end, when ROWLEY touched the cursed cheese, grag did not hesitate to protect his friend, and I believe that if it were me, I would be reckless. I felt a lot when I saw this scene myself. Others didn't seem to like the film, but I saw a very real school life. The complex feelings and simple disputes between children can be passed through. The deep friendship between each other can be resolved.

Diary of a Wimpy Kid quotes

  • Greg Heffley: [smugly] You're way too smart for me Patty Ferrell...

  • Greg Heffley: We'll hide here for the rest of class because I'm not playing that game! It's not fair. He's got all the neanderthals on the same team. It's barbaric!

Angie Steadman: It's completely barbaric. This place is an intellectual wasteland. But it's nice to meet a person more interested in his mind than his body.

Rowley Jefferson: You girls get to jump rope. What are you doing hiding?

Angie Steadman: Avoiding the pain. It all starts in middle school, you know? You're not a kid anymore. The coddling has stopped. Kids are now separated by intelligence. The weak are picked on and girls that you've known since kindergarten won't even talk to you anymore.

Greg Heffley: Well, it sounds like you've got it all figured out so go back to your book.

    [laughs]

Angie Steadman: This place is a glorified holding pen. It's where adults put you as you make that awkward transition between child and teenager so they don't even have to look at you.

    [pauses]

    Angie Steadman: Hi. I'm Angie.

Greg Heffley: [Pulls Rowley's hand away] Great Story! We're going to go now.

Rowley Jefferson: Why? This is a good spot.

Angie Steadman: It's a perfect spot. I survived all of the sixth grade here and I would enjoy some like-minded company to get me through the seventh.

Greg Heffley: Is that the whistle? I think I hear the whistle.

    [laughs]

Greg Heffley: We need to go!
