Brittany Murphy is not my type, especially when I saw her bad movie Ramen Girl. But this "love and other disasters" (which translates to "love and other disasters" is really a big tragedy...) is really well done, and some of the episodes are so cute that you can't help but laugh. In particular, my favorite Gwyneth Paltrow made a friendly cameo, wow ha ha.
Although the plot is a bit cliché, the cast is good and the acting is very engaging. In particular, the humorous and appropriate lines and the compact and not boring content are the highlights of the movie.
Whether it's Tallulah's nonsensical self-inflicted amorousness again and again and a clumsy poem at the corpse pig art exhibition, or the interesting theory of "relationships are best measured by farting" from the love expert Fat Woman, or Peter with the script When I went to see the producer's statement that "love is a process not an event", I had to say that the screenwriter was smart. But there's nothing more empathetic than a passage at the end of the film about Jakes' insightful remarks to her friend Peter.
“Love isn't always a lightingbolt, you know? maybe sometimes it's just a choice. ~~i don't know that Paolo's the love of my life, but I've decide to give him the chance to be. Maybe true love is a decision. You know, a decision to take a chance with somebody, to give to somebody, without worrying whether they'll give anything back. Or if they're gonna hurt you, or if they really are the one. Maybe love isn't something that happens to you, maybe it's something you have to choose." The
screenwriter is so talented to form such a beautiful piece of text.
BTW, the phrase "love means always forgiving" by Orland Bloom in the movie is so contrived, I'm going to laugh it off. .
BTW AND BTW, the poster is really vulgarly designed. .
Turn off the storm video, the sky outside the window is crisp and clear, there are wonderful traces of autumn, and the mood is better again.
