Seth is persistent, and so is Evan.
Seth kept looking for booze, in order to realize his dream of banging beautiful girl Jules. He overcame many difficulties, and finally filled the bottle of detergent with wine, and came back to the party full of loads. After the carnival, he was disappointed to find that Jules was not what he had imagined. He felt that he had failed, and told Jules that he had messed up the only opportunity.
Evan, on the other hand, constantly refuted Seth’s insults to women in order to maintain his incompatible values with reality. He kept saying "Respecting Women" while drinking, so that he finally pushed Becca away on the bed because he found the need Follow your own values.
After this night of madness, the two of them put their grievances towards each other behind them, Seth and Evan spit out the truth under the influence of alcohol, "I love you, I'm not even embarrassed to say that", and finally found out that it was. The friendship between them is what they really need to keep before the end of high school, not everything else.
I thought the film would end here, but the appearance of the last two women, Jules and Becca, added the finishing touch to the film. These two female friends made the two protagonists discover that, oh, the road of life can’t be walked as you imagined when you were a child. never changed. But friends are lifelong, and gatherings are only temporary. You pick your make-up and I buy my comforter. This is similar to the parting of life, so let's face it calmly.
"So I guess I'll call you, then."
"Yeah, give me a call.
Yeah, you have my number."
"Yeah, I have your information.
So, put her there."
"Perfect. Good.
The two shook hands for the first time as adults.
Seth's last look back may be the last time he lingered about his friend who was about to be separated.

This is by far my favorite R-rated comedy, bar none, I love every laugh in the film; it's not just a teenage comedy, it's a group of adults who miss their youth and tell them about them Kind of unwilling to grow up. Michael Cera has always been my favorite youth film actor, no one, I love his dullness, his overwhelm; Emma Stone was ordinary then, and now is beautiful.
