I watched this movie after waking up over the weekend. At the end of the movie I almost fell asleep. There are many movies describing music and musical instruments, and the theme is nothing more than the eternity of music and musical instruments. After watching it, I tried to dig out the theme of the film - all the owners are dragons, and the instrument is the protagonist; or in other words, those who try to own a treasure are just passers-by of it, and only it is eternal . The screenwriter adopted a very ingenious narrative structure. The flashback from the modern auction is one line, and the original prophecy is interspersed among the five stories, which is another line. The reason why all its owners are cursed by it is revealed at the end. Writing this, I suddenly realized that if the writers didn't say in the last story's prophecy that the heroine was relieved, the theme of this film would be taken to a new level. In this way, the story becomes that the connoisseur deliberately obtained the genuine red violin, but once again fell into a curse. From this, the theme of returning to Qin's long-term and human's short-lived, keeps looping... And the story itself claims that the heroine is relieved in the last story, I don't understand. Why does the connoisseur get a red violin, a fake will be permanently in the hands of the world, and the heroine will be free? Logically it doesn't make sense. Maybe the screenwriter has another meaning and theme, forgive me for being stupid, I didn't see it anyway. The story structure of this film is very complete and the narrative skills are very high. However, the director and screenwriter pursued superficial perfection but neglected to enhance the value of the content. The story is not profound, which is a pity. Too much technicality makes this film mediocre. If you can't impress me, just take a look.
