little devil with angel face

The movie "Case No. 39"

is a bit overdone, hehe.

I really like Renee Zellweger. This movie is a bit like "Buckfruit", but this one is a bit too magical. I prefer "Buckfruit" because it's more believable. Aside from the plot, I began to speculate on the author's intentions, which is always an interesting thing for me.
Resentful children are deadly demons, and beneath their angelic faces are ulterior motives. . . Where is the child? It is clearly a scene that can be imagined by a person who is deeply poisoned by his children. Anyway, I don't think that children may be demons to such an extent that they follow them like a shadow to kill their souls. . . Of course, those blatant threats, repeated nagging, coercion, and pleas are very similar to the projections of children's regular behavior in this film. In this way, I believe that the author is more like telling an unreal story. The hardships and frustrations of raising children.

Case 39 quotes

  • Therapist: [to Emily] Hey! Wait a minute. Who do you think you are, barging in there like that?

Lillith Sullivan: It's okay, Diane, Emily's been under a lot of stress lately, but she's really nice to me and I hope I can stay with her a long time.

Therapist: Don't ever do that again.

  • Edward Sullivan: Count yourself dead at the out set. Accept that going in. Use it to your advantage. If you're not afraid, she can't hurt you.
