I watched this movie for a long afternoon.
If I read the book first, I think I should have a deeper understanding of this film.
However, I was the first to see the video.
I'd like to say that Marianne's character strikes me as disjointed.
Neither beautiful nor fussy, neither gentle nor self-righteous.
But let the two men moved. This actor is really arranged. . . .
The movie reappears in the British society at that time,
the bad habit of using marriage as a woman to seek economic security and improve social status,
and the ugly fashion of focusing on the family regardless of women's feelings and rights as a human being.
It reproduces the country style and manor buildings of England at that time.
I have seen the introduction about the ancient castle architecture before,
and I know what the main building and the annexe are in the movie.
All in all, it's a very good film. I should read it first and then watch the video to understand it more deeply.
