Jiangmu Island Day Tour

Matt Damon gained weight for this film. I saw it in a tabloid when the film first started shooting, but the final image at the end of the whole film is really terrifying, and the yin and yang heads come out.

Originally, I thought it was a boring film, but after seeing half of it, I thought it should be a witty intellectual film. When the subtitles ended at the end, I felt that I had been deceived at all - the screenwriter and director really didn't do it. People like it, after such a big turn, the story at the beginning is still told!

I love that movies are filled with narrations by the main characters themselves, so egoistic and mysterious. And all the dialogues are carefully mapped before and after. I just want to say unwillingly, since I gave the audience some expectations in the middle of the performance, why are they willing to fight back in the end.

The soundtrack does not follow the development of the plot, but is always trying out light music in the tense part - more like the comedy movies of the last century.

The so-called cannibalism is short-mouthed and soft-handed. If you are not clean, it is best not to touch others.

The Informant! quotes

  • Mark Whitacre: I read this study in Time magazine when I was at Cornell, which is an Ivy League school, and there were people, including my mother, who never believed I would make it into an Ivy League school. Maybe Ginger, who I met in marching in the eighth grade. And the study said people had nice, sympathetic feelings about people who were adopted, and treated them better. So I made up this adoption story, and people *did* treat me better. And when I got a job, one of my professors told people at Ralston Purina that I was this amazing guy that had accomplished all this in spite of being adopted. And so it was really *other* people who spread the story, not me. Although I admit it was wrong to start it and everything, it was other people who kept it going, even the people at ADM.

  • Mark Whitacre: Mark Whitacre, secret agent 0014.

    Rusty Williams: Why 0014?

Mark Whitacre: Cause I'm twice as smart as 007.
