I really like Shawn Johnson and Nastia Liukin, and the reason I came to watch this show at the time was because I saw that it was based on Shawn's upbringing. I personally don't think this show has anything to do with Shawn, except that it's about gymnastics, about dreams, and about struggle.
Several girls like it:
Payson is upright, obedient, good girl, and absolutely strong, the reason for not accepting assistant coach is that she doesn't want to accept that she can't do gymnastics again, she is still hopeful that she will turn around and the hope is very certain , but one thing I still haven't figured out is that at the end of episode 12 she said to the other girls that she would go to the Olympics with them, does that mean she accepted AC? But when she was taking pictures, she told her mother that she would take pictures with them as a National Champion next year. What the hell is going on... I don't want Pay to stop doing gymnastics like this, Pay ,come on!
Emily, the last girl to join "the mighty quadruplets", has practiced gymnastics in public gymnasiums and playgrounds since she was a child. She had no professional training before coming to rock, and of course she was not constrained by the rules of rock, so it feels like she and the male Children's relationships are more normal. btw, I liked Razor very much at first, who knew that a Demon would pop up in the middle of the road... ah ah ah, I think it's very bad for the Demon to be like that... Is it really possible to stay cool in the United States? I don't know, but I think in China, it's really bad and will be scolded... But why does it seem that girls like band boys, isn't the one that Bliss likes in Whip it also a band boy? (*^__^*) Hee hee...
Kaylie is very sweet and contagious. She endures all kinds of secrets from others and is entangled in them. In fact, she is still a little girl. She needs the support of her father as a father instead of a manager, and needs the care of her BF. I almost cried when I heard this conversation between her and Carter in episode 12:
Kaylie: Why? Why can everybody else cheat and lie and have sex? Why can't I just do whatever I want?
Carter: You can lash out at me and hurt me back. You can even hate me. But we are soul mates and belong together. And I'm not giving up on you.
Lastly, let's talk about Lauren, the boy who had a crush on him since childhood became BFF's underground boyfriend. It's really uncomfortable. The reason for hooking up with Carter can't be said to be revenge or hurt kaylie, but it does affect the friendship between the two. She is the apple of her father's hand, and her father is willing to do anything despicable just to get her a place in the National, but she is still unhappy, because her father wants to marry a woman who is not much older than herself, she feels that this will take her away her love. But she was finally moved by Summer's sincerity and accepted her support. Although Summer finally left her father, Lauren found support, and the two had a mother-daughter relationship. It is said that Lauren is very bitchy, and I have no objection, but generally such bitchy girls have their own secrets and difficulties.
As for the actors, Chelsea Hobbs who plays Emily is obviously too old, and I think her acting skills are really not good, her expression is too simple, sometimes I feel like playing Emily in a special dress... The girl who plays payson is quite good, Big sister big look, I like it. I like actors who play kaylie very much, I feel like Gaby in DHW, very cute. The girl who played Lauren also felt very good, and she completely played Lauren's little girl who was bitchy on the outside but needed care on the inside.
Anyway, I do love these girls!!!
