feel the truth, feel the emotion

Feng Jicai once said in a talk show: The best feeling is to be moved. I think that aptly describes how I'm feeling right now.
A long time ago, I came to know "The cure" because I heard Declan's "Imagine". The MV with the perfect fusion of the music and the plot of the film gave me some understanding of the film. I looked forward to watching this film for a long time, and finally I was able to watch it with Chinese and English subtitles.
The film is touching and touches everyone who loves it without fail.
A white fence separated the two families, but Eric was not afraid of the so-called AIDS, and he climbed over the fence. This friendship may have started from that moment. Eric, who is withdrawn, plays with Drist, who is infected with AIDS. Eric wants to cure Drist but ends up killing him.
The reality is undoubtedly cruel, and the film is undoubtedly a tragedy.
The happiness of the previous section and the sadness of the latter section have become a strong contrast. Perhaps the filmmakers tried their best to render it, so that everyone who faces the film can feel the same way. It is deeply for the friendship between Eric and Drist in the film. I was moved and deeply regretted Drist's misfortune.
Although the three boys at the beginning of the film are not friendly, and although Eric's mother has always opposed Eric and Drist dating, true love is the best medicine to make every heart twisted or lacking in love People are cured because of this. The most appropriate way to say it is chicken soup for the soul. It was this warm chicken soup for the soul that finally made the three boys stop the next violent act, and Eric's mother finally became emotional, because truth.
Eric is a kind boy, but he also has many shortcomings, but these are probably bad habits that children can often find in children, and we can ignore them. These shortcomings make Eric like an ordinary child, and let us see his differences from these, maybe this is just a side effect.
The doctors in the film are also friendly. They don't care about Eric and Drist's pranks. The doctor instructs Eric not to talk about his death. This is a kind lie to a child and selfless love. This shows us that the world needs this love. It is because of love, because of true love, that the world becomes so full. With love, we will go through the critical stage of life, and death is not terrible.
Near the end of the film, Drist on the hospital bed was silent. Her mother and Eric were in pain. Eric's mother's heart-piercing but endured grief gave me a burst of grief. Sadness, because this is really touching emotion, because of this touching truth.
Maybe, as Eric himself said, he killed him. But not entirely, if Dris hadn't met Eric, hadn't drank that poisonous potion, and hadn't had this adventure with him, he might have lived longer, but so what? Let him continue to live in such a hurry? Continue to live like this without knowing anything? Meeting Eric was the happiest time for Drist, because Eric Drist was going through a different and happy experience that might have made his life a little more fulfilling than his previous life.
The world needs true feelings, and true feelings evoke the initial feelings of human beings and awaken the nature of human beings.
In the end, I didn't shed tears, just a kind of grief, I found that I was trembling, and even my voice was crying.

The Cure quotes

  • Dexter: This is stupid.

Erik: Yeah? Well, about twenty years ago there was this guy. He noticed some mold growing on his bread and he started feeding it to people. Everybody said he was stupid. You know what it turned out to be? Aspirin!

  • Erik: Hey! What would you do if I come over there and whopped your ass?

Dexter: How long would that take?

    Erik: 'Bout 10 seconds.

Dexter: I'd wait till you're finished and then I'd continue working on my mud fort.

Erik: You mean you'd just let me beat you up?

Dexter: I'd try to stop you but I probably wouldn't be able to, I'm not very big.

Erik: Well in that case it'd only take 5 seconds.

Dexter: So is that what you're gonna do?

    Erik: Maybe later.

    Dexter: Hello? You still there?
