Translation of the video?

I watched this movie with German subtitles in German, because I learned German, so it is basically understandable to watch this movie in this way, but I also have a question. I don't know how those translators deal with it, but at least one thing I don't think can be translated.

Near the end of the film, Nick went to the female doctor and asked to be with Leila. In it, he said, "I love her." The doctor asked, "Me?" Nick said, "No, Leila."

It was hilarious to watch at the time, and then began to wonder.

In German, the second person "you (Sie)" and the third person "she (sie)" are the same, except that the first letter is capitalized. Only in this way will there be misunderstandings in the film. I don't know how friends who watch the English subtitles or Chinese subtitles understand it.

I loved the movie and watched it again later with my girlfriend and she loved it too.

Boys and girls with borderline personality who want to get rid of the social order, love movies have begun to sell characters more than ten years ago, and the plot is not important at all.
