The moment I saw you, I fell in love with you.
Since then, I have entered my own fantasy. In fact, I just never knew.
Health, is this blurred life.
Death is the blurred death.
Your innocence, your seductiveness, your coquettish anger, your willfulness, everything you have.
Your world is my world.

This is what the world
is, this is everything
, this is all inclusive,
this is a suffocation plot
I love you
I hate you
I grow up and
my eyes become gentle
I am myself

This is what the world
sees for the first time You fall in love with you
This world in my eyes is just you
This is heaven in hell flames
but it's still heaven

You are not me
How do you know what I think
I don't know what I think In the
end I know you are real Love me
just just just
, everything I'm simple
actually everything I'm smart

everything before this I regret everything
after this I don't regret
it this is a blurred life
this is a blurred death
I'm glad
there's no you in these laughter

In a sick ethical film, men are indeed possessive towards the girl they like, but in Lolita, the possessiveness is magnified to the maximum, coupled with the distorted relationship between the two, it is too sick. But the director handled it very well, not much to lyric. Kubrick in 1962 still has some PG13s, so that the whole movie is masquerading as an erotic movie without a single erotic scene, but Lolita's sweetness really swayed the audience [at least I was swayed]

Kubrick's work when he was not old and perverted, a good movie in the traditional sense. Evidence, the girl sitting next to me cried.

Lolita quotes

  • Clare Quilty: Hey, you're a sort of bad loser, Captain. I never found a guy who'd sort of pull a gun on me when he lost a game. Didn't anyone ever tell you - it's not really who wins, it's how you play, like the champs. Listen, I don't think I want to play anymore. I wanna get a drink. Gee, I'm just dying for a drink. I'm just dying to have a drinkie.

Humbert Humbert: You're dying anyway, Quilty.

  • Clare Quilty: Jeez! All my friends always put their smokies out in the drink. It's so unsanitary.
