plain beauty

I always feel that American films give people the impression that they are blockbusters, big enough to cost a lot of money and make a lot of money, just like Spielberg (laughs), and the rest of the content is the proliferation of personal heroism. Of course, this is a cultural reason, and we don't need to investigate too much. My favorite beautiful films are mostly small ones. The cost is not necessarily high, but the subtleties are very flavorful.
This movie just gave me that taste. It's a small and light film, but it reveals a really charming atmosphere.
I always thought that the death of the passerby Jia Cheongzi would be a foreshadowing at first, but later I found out that it was actually a foreshadowing of the word cleaning (gorgeous cannon fodder children's shoes). In the final analysis, the role played by amy is a representative of a failed life. Although she had a great time in high school, she has nothing to do as an adult. She endured the pressure of life and lived with her sister, son and father. The younger sister has nothing to do, the son lacks love and behaves strangely, and the father is a little old man who is uneasy about work and only likes to speculate. Everything seems to fit the so-called definition of the word loser.
However, a later turnaround brought a turning point for Rose, and the cleaning job seemed to bring meaning to Rose's life, and then the relationship with her sister seemed to have eased because of the cooperative relationship. When we thought the plot was going to end like this, we took a big turn. Because Rose insisted on attending the class reunion, which led to a business failure, the huge indemnity brought Rose's life back to its original point, and the relationship with her sister also fell into Another deadlock occurred, and the classmate's reunion made Rose realize that he was no longer a super star in high school, but the existence of maid in everyone's eyes. When I saw this, I glanced at the time, it was very close to the end time, and I didn't know what the ending would be.
The ending is not a so-called happy ending or bad ending, it's just an ending, that's all. Rose's father sold the house and worked with Rose to clean it up, while her sister started a road trip, with a very bland ending, and no earth-shattering things happened. It all went on like this, and that's it.
In fact, I don't think the whole film can be said to be inspirational or not, it's just a story, a story of an ordinary person. There is no gorgeous life, no surprising plot, just a light description of a story, a story of small elements living in society.
At the same time, I also saw the growth of Amy's acting skills in the film. I remember the first time I saw her in "Magic Romance", a very sweet girl who looks like a vase (amy's fans are pia pia). ..), but in this film it gave us a different amy.
In a word, it's a good movie, it's not long, but you can enjoy it slowly.
that's all.
(Hey, the level is like this... The person who watched it is pia... Floating away)
