This is a very early literary film. Grey Garden. It tells about a mother and daughter who are addicted to singing and dancing. They are unwilling to follow the rules of the game and seek the comfort of a superior life by relying on marriage. They even wish to be so intoxicated in their singing and dancing forever.

They forget that they will also grow old; their beautiful hair will fall out, and their graceful posture will be out of shape; they don't know that their charm is too hollow, and men's love becomes very limited...

They are too eager for freedom, flying So tall that you forget whether you have wings or not. Their innate sense of luxury and superiority took root in their hearts early on. Even at the end, when the gray garden was lonely and withered, they still held their noble heads stubbornly and looked down on others. This shot is full of sarcasm and depression.

The premise of freedom is survival; behind achievement is discipline. There is no shortcut to happiness, and there is no permanent trust to rely on.

A woman can only pursue true happiness when she has the ability to make herself happy.
