I just came back from reading it today. Sitting in the fourth row of the movie theater, I watched the advertisement for half an hour with my head held high.
Honestly, I wouldn't have written a review if it wasn't for the status of the bench. It's just a good or bad movie, and it doesn't make me feel wise to spend the money and time; but at least, two hours in the movie theater isn't an ordeal -- that's how most movies are.
I didn't watch all of Harry Potter. I'm comparing Trolls to Harry Potter, just to say: there's a lot of magical characters and stunts in this movie. Of course, neither the scene nor the conception compares to Harry Potter.
I don't know much about vampire movies. The general impression is that the protagonists of vampire movies are usually more handsome/fascinated, such as underworld; therefore, the second point that I am slightly dissatisfied with about the circus of Trolls is that the protagonists are not strong enough.
Well, I don't mean to offend its vast existing and potential fans.
