where did tom go? The second season of ep01 helped us uncover the suspense.
Personally, I like the way S2 kicks off in this way. We don't know anything about Tom's past in the first season. Tom has always existed in an almost perfect image. For erica, he is the one she met. The best medicine in any difficult time is the factor that allows her to go back to the past to change those wrong decisions. Whether for erica or for us watching TV, Dr. Tom is a "god" figure.
But at the beginning of S2, the existence of "God" was broken. Tom also had a past, made mistakes, and even used suicide to escape from reality...
So Erica and Tom's positions changed invisibly, and Erica became aware of Tom's heart. Knot "Physiotherapist".
