After watching this movie, it reminded me of another movie that I like very much. It also portrays the love of black people for music. Of course, the stream is much better than this film, and it is still an Oscar winner.
If a person has talent and vision for the same thing, and the environment gives him certain pressure and crowding, what will he do? Obviously Nathaniel in the film is the sick child of the environment. Although the depressing environment in the basement for a long time has created his proficient piano skills, the estrangement between him and real life has also prevented him from playing in front of everyone because his skin color is different. Whether this is what he added to himself, or whether people in reality are not tolerant enough, there must be both. This is not a tragedy, this is a microcosm of the life of a repressed person.
In the end, it must be like this. The outdoor level that a closed person can probably accept is roughly the same~
