Be careful when choosing horror movies

It's been a long time since I watched a movie, and the dorm is very busy recently (because my nephew is here...haha), so I decided to watch a horror movie together - nothing can attract so many people's interest than a horror movie. I, who boasted that I have seen a lot of horror films, took on the task of selecting films. The requirements mainly included a few points: 1. It is best to be a new film in 2009; 2. It is best not to be European and American, not that their films are bad, just In the field of horror films, the polarization is very strong, and good films are hard to find; 3. It is best to be related to ghosts, for the reasons mentioned above. Horror films without ghosts are also very polarized.

But it backfired, I didn't find a film that met the standard, and happened to see a film called "Pinhole Hotel" on Emule. It's just because the name makes a lot of sense, because I've read a horror novel before, and it's also a hotel + pinhole model, and I still remember it; in addition, I saw that the evaluation of the first one was good, so I happily opened the download. But the facts have proved that the selection of films is better than indiscriminate, and there must be no standards.

At one time, the director's cut of the camera made me full of interest in this film. It can be said that the first half of this film is a successful portrayal of the relationship between husband and wife. But when the husband inexplicably turned on the VCR, the film became more and more bleak. The rigid cat-and-mouse plot made my last thoughts about pinholes quickly dissipated, until the hero was suddenly brought down, the heroine stayed in the attic for one night, and within a few minutes after coming out, he even shot and killed the three of them. Later, the male protagonist wakes up again and "pays the party dues"...

"Fast food plot + vase + gimmick" film, leaving only the feeling of not wanting to watch the second part, and sticking to the principle of film selection standards.

  • Mechanic: [after inspecting car] The fan blade's bent. Rock must've hit it. Yeah, she'll drive fine just noisy, that's all. You might want to have someone smarter than me take a look at it when you get where you're going, though.

David Fox: I'll do that, thanks. So now what do I owe you?

Mechanic: Oh, no, nothing. No, we're good. Hell, I should pay you for finally giving me something to do.

  • Mechanic: Every day's the fourth of July at Small's!

Mechanic: Owner makes me say that.
