However, compared to [Mulholland Drive]'s godlike status (?)
[Franklin] seems like a small person, the
director moderately cast a net, and the 4 protagonists, who are not too many editors, are
indifferent to the increasingly indifferent modern people. There is a slight irony in values and interpersonal relationships, and there are
many morbidities that grow in this indifferent soil,
but it seems that none of them are what the director wants to delve into,
and the theme of the whole movie is
about [loneliness]. Redemption didn't think too much.
We know why the loneliness of the four protagonists arises and how it disappears.
But I always feel that
everyone's loneliness has lost their soul with only a boring resume
. [Mulholland Road] is really sad. In the discussion of a class of students, it is accompanied by a small
vanity and curiosity.
[Franklin]'s performance is outstanding in the front. When Amelia closes the door, the camera
moves . The front is still David, and then he has turned into a hooded man for a second, and then it suddenly becomes
superficial.
In the end, it just tells an interesting story, and maybe the director's self-experience affects
our feelings too much.
A cloud left a lonely little shadow
and suddenly disappeared... (in my opinion...)
