Wisdom slips through holes

This film tells the story of a pair of commercial spies who turned out to be secret agents. Originally, they lacked enough trust in love. They had to accept the same job for money. . On the surface, it seems that businesses are making a fuss about hiring these commercial spies to order soap, shampoo, and pizza. But as the big boss in the film said, launching new products first means market share, which is equal to Money, the targets of spies are clearly more visible than national interests. Therefore, our two protagonists, in order to find out what the new product of the employer's business opponent, tried their best, and the part of stealing the formula during the closing stage was very tense, which became the most exciting part of the whole film.
But I don't feel nervous anymore, and I don't even care about the next development of the hero and heroine. The effect of the film scurrying around on the timeline is not even as good as "Arhat". When I watch it, I always feel that you love to go back and not go back. I have been following it this way without delaying my viewing. I don't care because there is no spark between the two. Owen is completely a plaything in Roberts' hands. He is not charming, and his expression has always been dull. I really don't understand why the heroine likes him.
It can be seen that the director wants to make this film into a smart film, so that the audience can appreciate the wisdom of the script in the aftertaste after watching the whole film, but unfortunately, more and more questions appear in my memory in retrospect. In my mind-
(The following is a strong spoiler, who intends to stop watching the film)
Why do you have to rush to find that copier? Can't take pictures? Can't you upload pictures from your phone?
The Swiss can get an expert to test it, and Paul Giamatti can’t get someone to test the recipe before the shareholders’ meeting?
At the end of the film, I deliberately did something that people did not want, and overturned most of the previous plots. No matter how illogical the details were, anyway, you were shocked and didn't have time to criticize. And then that's it, to tell us that it's not good to lie? Whatever, I don't feel anything. I just think that Tom Wilkinson and Paul Giamatti have always performed well in this film, and the slow-motion fight between the two was very cute. Also, Roberts is getting old, and, in the future, he will continue to avoid Clive Owen's movies as much as possible.

  • Ray Koval: Look, I'm sorry. I don't know if it's the knee or something, but I'm a little confused. I thought we were checking each other out.

Claire Stenwick: No. Sorry. Maybe you're drunk

Ray Koval: No, no, no. If I was drunk, I'd be coming on to you.

    Claire Stenwick: That's a relief.

Ray Koval: If I was drunk I'd be saying how amazing you look and how crazy it is that you're standing here on your own.

Claire Stenwick: Wow. Are you always like this?

Ray Koval: No. I sometimes sound like this, but this is definitely different.

    Claire Stenwick: What's so different?

Ray Koval: I don't know. I guess that's what I came over to find out.

  • Ray Koval: Remember me?

Claire Stenwick: Sure. Of course, we...

    Ray Koval: Just what?

Claire Stenwick: I'm drawing a blank

    Ray Koval: Nice try

    Claire Stenwick: Excuse me?

Ray Koval: A little professional courtesy would make this a lot less awkward.

Claire Stenwick: How do I know you?

Ray Koval: Wow! That's tough. That's a strong play. Believe me I've spent a lot of time thinking what this would be like, where we'd be, what I'd say, what you'd say. But I'd never thought you'd...

Claire Stenwick: I'm terribly sorry but...

Ray Koval: You really want to go this way?
