The plot is too vague

I haven't read the novel, so I guess the novel should be ok, otherwise it won't be adapted into a movie. As far as I've seen the English version, there are too many things that are not clearly explained in the plot. It's depressing to watch. For such a pseudo-science fiction film, you really have to read the original novel to understand the ins and outs.
There are a few things that impressed me deeply about this film:
1. Coca-Cola spent a lot of money, and the big logo on the fuselage of the plane.
2. In the end, the house in New York is not bad. It has a big TV, so many channels, and a door that can be closed. The door is very space-saving. The bedroom door, yes, it would be nice to have such a door.
3. The nun looked abstinent from the beginning in the film, but she wore a lot of modern clothes after New York, and her adaptability was really good.
4. In fact, the action scenes are not bad. Like other Vin Diesel films, it's cool. The snow scene is purely for showing off the motorcycle driving skills.
5. In fact, if this movie is viewed as an action movie with a sci-fi background, it will make people feel much better, but it is a bit disappointing to view it as a sci-fi movie.

I downloaded the HD version and watched it, the first half was really good (in the Russian part, I like the tone), it became a stunt show in Canada, and it ended up being a bad movie in New York.

NND didn't make it clear at the end, it wasted so many heavy weapons to create an atmosphere

Babylon A.D. quotes

  • Sister Rebeka: I am Sister Rebeka. It just want to bring three simple rules to your attention before we start our journey.

Toorop: We? I'm here to pick up one girl.

Sister Rebeka: Where ever she goes, I go. That is rule number 1. Rule number 2, the less contact she has with the outside world, the better. You're here to protect her from outside influences. That includes seeing, hearing, and feeling.

Toorop: Now it's a harsh world out there, sister.

Sister Rebeka: I know. That is why we live in here.

Toorop: Aw shit, okay, what's your third rule?

Sister Rebeka: No foul language. Do we have an agreement?

Toorop: You listen to my one and only rule - don't fuck with me. Or I'll leave you standing in the middle of nowhere with nothing but your ass to sell to get back here, your perfect world. Do *we* have an agreement?

  • Sister Rebeka: Aurora could speak when she was two years old.

Toorop: Oh, a lot of kids speak at two.

Sister Rebeka: Not 19 different languages.
