It's just that when I watch it, I often think of another movie "Dancer in the Darkness", which has similar artistic techniques and genres. But I feel that "Dancer in the Darkness" is more endearing than this movie, and I feel that the artistic expression is much more mature. Of course, if you don't like watching musical-style movies, you'll have to watch almost one.
Movies with historical themes, no matter what the way of expression, will always give the audience a sense of heaviness. What I don't understand is why the movie is called "Fiddler on the Roof", isn't it good to call something like "The Jew's Daughter" and "The Daughters"? Can't figure it out. The meaning of the violinist itself is unclear. If it's just for us to listen to music, that's fine.
Music is really good.
