Remember the year you graduated?

When we graduated that year, we were the most vulnerable. Watching the train leaving our friends, watching the backs of our classmates leaving,
we were all hopeless and we couldn’t stand still.

When we graduated that year, we were the most heartless. We hugged wine bottles, sat on the playground, crossed our shoulders, imagined the future, and threw away textbooks, transcripts, water bottles in the dormitory, and bedding.

When we graduated that year, we were the most free and easy, let go of the hand of our former lover, and only filled our luggage with memories. Recklessly and loyally, we went all the way without hesitation, rushing into a future we didn’t know anything about.

It's just that we didn't know anything about it when we graduated.

Graduation is like a drop of pine resin that has stuck to all of our most beautiful times. After that, we can only look at it like holding up an amber when we cherish and reminisce through movies, photos, and music.

What a wonderful time to know nothing like that.

I don't know why, after watching the last, such a lively movie, my eyes were inexplicably wet.

High School Musical 3: Senior Year quotes

  • Troy Bolton: You know, I'm not the only one that changed when you came to East High, kids that I just used to pass in the hallway, we're friends now, and we're supposed to be doing this show together. The problem is East High changed when you got there and now it's changed again because you left. You might be ready to say good bye to East High, but East High is not ready to say good bye to you.

  • Ryan Evans: [walks into music room where Kelsi is playing] Morning!

    Kelsi Nielsen: [notices] Morning.

Ryan EvansKelsi Nielsen: [together] -a hundred different directions...

    Ryan Evans: But whatever happens...

    [beat]

Ryan Evans: Speaking of prom, what are you doing?

Kelsi Nielsen: Well, that's two days before the show. You know, I'm writing orchestrations, fixing charts, I still have to write lyrics...
