The half-hearted dog, half-hearted lyricism

In fact, I have always paid attention to films with this theme, because I like animals. But to be honest, this movie really doesn't capture my heart. I admit that at the end I was very perfunctory and finally finished watching this film, so I didn’t have a good understanding of the relationship between the old Marley’s departure. Compared with watching the guide dog Q before, my tears really is not comparable. It can be seen how discounted the lyrical, inauthentic lyricism is.
I am a dog owner myself, and I love dogs and many other animals. I think a person who loves animals must have a kind heart, but this should not be connivance.
Marley in the film is actually sad, as a pet dog, he did not receive the education he should have. At least I know that Labrador dogs are generally described as gentle, intelligent and obedient, easy to train, active, loyal to their owners, and obedient dogs, but these are the same as Marley in this film. But completely unrelated.
This is a family that can't keep dogs at all, but the film does not narrate from this angle, but depicts Marley as a devil himself, as if it has nothing to do with education. How can such a dog be liked? ? Any baby in my family is an amazing angel compared to Marley.
Dog-loving classmates may have the same thought as me when they read it. This is obviously a tragedy of keeping dogs at home. It's really a miracle that such a pet dog hasn't been abandoned or anything. From this point of view, how irresponsible the couple in the film is. It was you who made an originally docile dog into the present demon. So what happened later can be said to be self-inflicted.
Aside from these, just watching this film, I feel that the picture is very old, and Aniston's performance has nothing to shine. Really bland. It's a light comedy at the beginning, but it's not a particularly gratifying kind. Later, the complicated portrayal of life is not deep enough, and it is stuck in the self-direction and self-acting of the characters, and it is not able to set off the plot of life well. It seems that two people are just bickering and angry, and there is no content.
All in all, I came here admiringly, but was very disappointed. This film is really not that good. If you want to read it, you should read the novel.
