Some people say that Van Gogh was the most unsuccessful artist because he was poor when he was alive and did not sell a single painting; others say that Van Gogh was the most successful artist because he was able to bring so much business after his death and artistic effects.
I used to see Van Gogh's paintings at art exhibitions, but I didn't feel deeply. After seeing this film, I deeply understood the personal language expressed in those paintings.
Van Gogh is a pure idealist. He can stubbornly insist on doing what he wants to do, find his inner direction, and listen to his inner voice, which is very admirable. Although he struggled in loneliness countless times in his life, he had heaven.
