Happy Ending

Looking at the heroine's self-report at the beginning, it felt like the family was ruined. Unexpectedly, it was the happy ending

that Matt's cancer was cured after a fire. After the house was rebuilt, it was never haunted again.

Didn't preview the Discovery interview, so I don't know what the original event was like. But because the whole incident is mostly described from Matt's perspective, it cannot be ruled out that it is his own fantasy. Besides, he has cancer and is receiving chemotherapy. There must be psychological pressure. Some of the paranormal events felt by his family can also be explained by the aging of the house, or accidents.

There are also good ghosts and bad ghosts in the film. The good ghost is the poor assistant Jono in the poster. Because of him (the ashes), the other resentful souls could not be presumptuous.

  • Sara Campbell: [sobbing while praying] No, you can't have him! You can't take my son!
