American TV shows are a big part of my life, and the sort of spiritual pillar in my spare time. If you like the final version, at least the end of a certain season, so you can watch it in one breath. If you use food as an analogy, it will be a kind of hearty eating. It's not that I haven't watched it episode by episode, it's just that I have a feeling of unfulfilled or not full. But every time I watch a season, I always feel a sense of loss. The hurried time in the plot is compressed into a few days for me, and the countless joys and sorrows performed in dozens of hours seem to be eaten without knowing it. Fortunately, there are many dishes to choose from, which can always fill the "stomach" that is difficult to satisfy.
I'm watching One tree hill today. I watched 6 episodes in one go and haven't stopped. The plot follows a warm route. Friendship, love and family are plain and warm. There are no intense conflicts and no ups and downs. It reminds me of Gilmore girls, kind and great Upright and ordinary single mothers live earnestly and happily with their excellent, kind and motivated children. However, the latter characters are simpler. In the final analysis, it still advocates a life that values family and human nature away from utilitarianism and excessive materiality. It is not as luxurious as Gossip girl, but there are also many handsome men and women. It is not as dramatic as Desperate housewives, but it also has some deep meaning attached to the end of the film. The voice-over does not make you laugh like friends, but it also reminds us to cherish life and our relatives, friends and loved ones. Unlike the complicated and intertwined relationship of Brothers & sisters, the entanglement between half-brothers is enough to create Trouble moving the plot forward.
Most American dramas are set in either NY or LA. After watching the Brooklyn Bridge and the beach in California, it is also good to see North Carolina.
Although it is not a popular American drama, but the sixth year of filming is still not over, which proves that it has its own foothold in this cruelly competitive market.

  • Dan Scott: Anything else bugging you?

    Nathan Scott: Just you.

  • Karen Roe: [referring to Brooke] Oh Lucas, look it's her loss. There are a ton of girls out there that would be lucky to have you.

Lucas 'Luke' Scott: I'll make sure to tell those girls my mommy said so.

Karen Roe: I'm serious. You know a customer once told me that the best way to get over someone was to get uder someone else.

[stops licking envelope after realizing what she just said]

Karen Roe: Ohh my God! I just realized what that meant! Uhhhh, ohhh my God. I-I thought it was more philosophical, you know get to know them... not get under them...

    Lucas 'Luke' Scott: Mom!

    Karen Roe: Uhhhh, scratch that.
