Sadness does make me feel better

When I quite liked the Queen of Aragon (daughter of Isabella in Spain), when she was abandoned by Henry VIII and even cut her living expenses as a Spanish princess, she said: "If i had to choose between extreme happyness and extreme sorrow, I will always choose sorrow. For when you're happy you forget, forget the spirit of faith, forget about the God. But when you sorrow, the God is alway with you. If I had to choose between bliss and grief, I would choose grief. Because pleasure makes people forget, and when you are happy, you forget your faith, and you forget God, but when you are sad, God is always with you.) Also No wonder, the Buddha Lord Shakyamuni only realized the Dao under painful and extremely difficult circumstances. How can ordinary people have such ability.
