Not a movie of tears

This recommendation is for those of the original who
have recently watched some European movies related to the famous book, such as War and Peace, Becoming Jane Austen, and this Oliver Twist. It was not until I saw this movie that I realized that the mood when watching the movie was really different. First, because I rarely had contact with the life of the upper class in Europe, I spent more energy on understanding these fresh lives when watching the movie. . The second is that although not most of them have read these famous novels in their entirety, they listen to some here and there, and there is no suspense in the plot.
After watching the movie and reading some excellent movie reviews, I found that the sublimation of such movie ideas and knowledge is half and half. The purpose of watching movies is one more, that is, to be able to read books that are quite interesting, because I always find that books are the most interesting.
What to say about the movie is a misplaced quaint taste. The performance is so well done that I think this is an old film, but looking at the years, it's been in the past few years. It would be nice to be able to reproduce this taste.
However, as far as I am concerned, I really don't want to watch sad movies.
