So yesterday, I rummaged through the cabinets and found the first CD that had been squeezed in the corner for almost 3 years and watched it again. It still felt familiar.
I like the title of 1. Describes the process of making a pair of jeans. The transition is good. The title of 2 is also good. It counts the history of jeans and the traces left on them. It feels a bit like Caramel.
Love the way the credits appear. The color and feel is like the stitches at the corners of jeans, the golden orange color contrasts with the light blue of the jeans. It is very natural to live.
I like that kind of storytelling. Know that telling four stories at the same time is not so simple.
Love that last line.
It would be easy to say that the pants changed everything that summer. But looking back now, I feel like our lives changed because they had to. and that the real magic of the pants was in bearing witness to all of this…and in somehow holding us together...when it felt like nothing would ever be .But we know now that no matter how far we traveled on our own separate paths...
Somehow we would always find our way back to each other. And with that, we could get through anything.
To us .who we wre ,and who we are.
And who will be.
To the pants ,and the sisterhood.
And the moment , and the rest of our lives. Together and apart
these jeans changed that summer. But looking back now, our life has also turned a corner, and this pair of jeans is the best witness. It magically pulls us together, just as we sigh at the moment when things change. Some things never go back to Wufu. But we know that even if we go in different directions,
we still come back to each other, so we have the power to solve all the difficulties.
To us, to us in the past, to us now.
And the future we
dedicate to these jeans. And this sisterhood,
this moment and the rest of our lives, together or apart.
It's very plain, but it makes me unforgettable
to like this film. Although this kind of youth drama doesn't have any technique, depth or language, I still like this story and this sisterhood.
I remember one day four years ago, many old classmates of my father came to the house, so my father gave me 50 yuan (I felt really earned at the time haha) to spend it on me, and they chatted freely. So I excitedly went to the video store near the school. Then I saw it in the vast Panhai and found it. When I first met it, I was very impressed by the text on the cover, "A rare movie that women of any age will appreciate"
, and I fell in love with its cover at the time - a pair of jeans, and the title printed on the pocket of the jeans. ——The summer of jeans
resolutely bought it. Four years later, I'm watching this old film again, and bits and pieces of the old days come to my mind.
