Queer As Folk: Mission Accomplished

It took a week to complete all five seasons of QAF, and I also tossed myself upside down. Every time I watch a play like this, I feel a lot older, as if I have finished five years of my life with the people in the play within a week. I don't want to comment too much on the film itself, and it makes me feel bored to say that the person who wrote the script is immoral or high-level. Michael did say it's all about sex, but people who watch it seriously will know that this show is really not just talking about these three letters; but conversely, even if the people in the crew deny it in unison, SEX is indeed it the biggest selling point. So, putting aside the superficial essence, this is a soap opera that once again historically proved the universal existence and far-reaching influence of doujinshi around the world, eh.

But there are some things left in my heart, such as Justin's brilliant blond hair, Emmett's magical "flame", and the extremely ghostly problem child Hunter. Although I don't have much feelings for Brian, his lines are absolutely top-notch, and there are quips that make people want to kill or be killed in almost every episode. . . In short, his ability to use vocabulary is strong and his knowledge is extensive, so I have always suspected that he is actually a graduate of English or journalism rather than advertising design. . . Among them, the most skilled use is all the words related to come. When Uncle Vic died, his line "it's always good to cum before you go" killed a lot of people. . . Including Michael and Ted sitting across from him.

The other thing I have to say is the OST of this movie. According to statistics, there are more than 260 well-known episodes used in all 83 episodes, and most of them are fresh items on the pop music scene when they are filmed every quarter. Even the pickiest of people can find a song or two they like. I only collected a small part and sent it to the QAF Chinese website. If you are interested, you can download it and listen to it ^_^ (7/31/2006)
