Two films are about making films myself; the other two are about realizing my dreams. Be Kind Rewind is for adults, while Son of Rambow is a childhood fantasy. I prefer Son of Rambow. because I had the same childhood but grew up with less and less imagination. When I was a child, with my younger brother, one held a broom and acted as a knife as Guan Gong, and the other held a clothes-drying fork and acted as a silver gun as Zhao Yun. Every day, knives and guns came and went. If there were cameras, I think, like those two children, they would shoot by themselves. The idea At that time, there was never anything to worry about, nothing to be carefree about.
Growing up, as Be Kind Rewind says, sometimes life is a dump. You're stuck for life.
