Happiness never comes from a perfect life. Disappointments in life are always unpredictable. There is no absolute way to deal with it. And an excellent series like this can truly present this side. Also, it presents a hope that love will always heal everything, no matter what.
The show's American values are also sobering, such as Kitty's nervousness about being a mother, and Nora's reassurance that she has a great mother, just like her. The inheritance of maternal love reminds me a lot of transcending races, transcending national borders, and even transcending human beings. And this, we Chinese seem to be ignored.
There are a few scenes that I particularly remember: First, Nora, kitty, and Kevin were driving to pick up Justin, who had just returned from the battlefield. Robert's campaign; and Sarah singing "do you believe in life after love?" in a bar after a problem with her husband.
