Deeper "Infernal Affairs"

I saw a movie "Treason" yesterday. This movie is reminiscent of many Hong Kong movies, such as "The True Color of Heroes", such as "Infernal Affairs", but in comparison, this movie is more profound because it is A film about terrorists, the kind of sadness that comes from faith is heart-wrenching. The undercover agent played by the protagonist is probably the deepest undercover agent, first of all because he is a devout follower of Islam, but he always believes that Islam preaches peace, and anyone who launches terrorist attacks in the name of "jihad" Everyone is a perversion of doctrine and a betrayal of religion. The pain he endured was far greater than that of Chen Yongren. In order to get the "first name", he killed 6 innocent people. Of course, this was not his original intention. And die" sadness, and the terrorist who regards him as his brother, the doomed ending was unbearable for him. I always thought that if this movie was handed over to John Woo to shoot, the clue of brotherhood would have a better play.

The second half of the film gradually embarked on the routine of commercial films. A big terrorist attack was launched wildly under the control of the protagonist. How should he stop his actions? The film has a dark humorous ending.

This is an excellent film. It is between a literary film and a commercial film. It digs deeply into the sadness of human nature, and at the same time avoids the boringness of the same type of film "Sinaray" starring George Clooney not long ago. Very rare and worth seeing.

Regarding the ideological connotation of the film, I can only say that the original intentions of many religions and beliefs are good, but in the face of greedy human nature, they are inevitably misinterpreted and become tools of murder. Human beings constantly use reason to correct, but it is as difficult as the sky. This is not an overnight thing. The evolution of Christianity took thousands of years. As long as human nature is not destroyed, this distortion will not disappear. This can be said to be the original sin of mankind.

Let’s quote Wang Xiaobo’s famous quote again: “After ten years, when I consider the issue of belief, I suddenly find that any belief, including mine, if abused, can become a stick to beat people and persecute others. Tools. Blasphemy is a crime, anti-national, anti-tradition, and ignorant of ancestors are all crimes. As long as you can name a belief that can be madly believed without the danger of losing one's sense of reason, there is no need to say that it has other benefits, and I will convert to it immediately— —This benefit is far greater than all the other benefits put together.”
