A Question from CSI NY Season 5 Episode 1

Here's a question: The bank robber, who pressed the black girlfriend (Flack's sister lent her the car), after the girl died unexpectedly. Why bother to move the body into the car, and then leave the car in trouble, lest the CSI not find it?
The body is placed in a car in a busy city, easy to find? Or in the bathroom of a room where it's easy to spot?
If the car storing the body is parked on the side of the road, the police come to issue a ticket and the tow truck is towed away, how long will it take to find the body?
If the body is in the bathroom, slowly decaying, and the room is paid in full, how long will it take to be found?

The latter lasted longer. Could it be that this person was deliberately showing off and laughing at CSI? That is really incomprehensible!
