Alan, you are really something!

Alan Shore
has watched so many American and British dramas, and read through countless handsome guys and beauties
. The character that always ranks first in my mind is
my humble pen. I'm afraid I can't write his charm. In case, I can

only try to list a few . Reasons for liking Alan:

1. Always adhere to his own principles.

From the very beginning, when Alan appeared in TP8,
he was the one who ignored the rules and acted according to his inner principles. In
many cases, he acted unexpectedly. Even break through the moral boundaries of ordinary people,
but no matter what he does, he will always be the same Alan Shore. What
he always insists is the most real human nature that is unchanged and often despised
under the rules and branches derived from modern society. Remember 311 In the scene where Alan defends the female doctor who euthanized a patient during Hurricane Catrina, Alan said in the closing: Like those elephants in Africa, so many people, during that terrible time of chaos and desperation, seemed to lose themselves, seemed to lose their innate sense of humanity. Dr. Follette never did. She never did. Alan never did, never. That's why I admire him.

In fact, all the characters I admire are those who never lose themselves, never lose their innate sincerity and humanity.

2. Forever Faithful Friends

Just recapped next 416, the episode where shirley applied for euthanasia for her Alzheimer's father, deep I was deeply moved by Alan's sudden stop at the closing of the long story, and then he suddenly mentioned that his best friend, denny, was in the early stage of Alzheimer's.
When Alan said the following words in a unique tone, I think the stone heart will also be affected. Impressed by such a loyal friendship.
He trusts me to know when that day has arrived.
He trusts me to safeguard his dignity, his legacy and self-respect.
He trusts me to prevent his end from becoming a mindless piece of mush.
And I will. It will be an unbearably painful thing for me but I will do it because I love him. I will end his suffering. Because it's the only decent, humane, and loving thing a person can do.

Remember the female lawyer in tp8 Others have said it:
You can doubt many aspects of Alan, but never doubt his loyalty to his friends.

3. Long long closing

Haha, I don't think it's necessary to say anything after writing this subtitle.
This is Alan's trademark. . .
You have already summed up a lot about the Alan closing routine.
I just want to say when
Alan is giving his long and maybe predictable closing speech as usual, we are obsessed
with him as usual. When I was in Boston Legal, I felt that Alan was different from all the characters I had seen. At first, I could n't tell what the difference was, but then I gradually realized that it was a calm temperament that was different from ordinary people . The slow look I am most fascinated by the way he unhurriedly buttoning the suit buttons every time he stands up and prepares for his long closing speech is really sex in suit~ It turns out that sexy sometimes does not need to be taken off. . . Alan's quiet special temperament, dark sexy is my favorite. It seems that nothing can make Alan panic. The mountain collapses and the color remains unchanged. This is the realm of life I have been pursuing~ Alan has said so many times, it seems that it is never enough. In fact, what Alan does, what he says, and what This kind of closing , maybe not important

Alan,
You are really something!

Boston Legal quotes

  • Denny Crane: It's a good feeling, you know, to shoot a bad guy. Something you Democrats would never understand. Americans... we're homesteaders, we want a safe home, keep the money we make, and shoot bad guys.

  • [both with a cigar in an ear]

Denny Crane: We look good together.

    Alan Shore: Yes, we do.
