He is obviously a servant, but the neighbors flatter him as a powerful person. No wonder he is so greedy for that uniform. What makes me particularly unhappy is the ending of the film. The protagonist actually inherited an inheritance in such a strange way. Becoming a guest of the hotel completely weakened the sad and depressing atmosphere created by the whole film before, and failed.
This film is so praised because of his shooting techniques, such as distorted images, subjective photography, the creation of the atmosphere of the set and so on.
Needless to say, the male protagonist's hairstyle needs skill to get it done.
