It was very sad to see Hogg die at the end. There is no birth or death year on that tombstone, only his name. According to historical records, he was only twenty-five years old when he died. If it weren't for the movie, most of us would have no idea that there was such a young British man in Yellowstone with a group of orphans during the Anti-Japanese War. Later, because of the intrusion of the war, they migrated thousands of miles, crossing the mountain pass on foot to the edge of the Gobi. Due to the influence of publicity, we only know about Bethune and Snow... In fact, if the title is George Hogg, it might be really popular.
