Is there anything lower than a bad review?

When I first watched the Korean version, the movie had already been popular for a few years. The two consecutive years of my senior year in high school made my life not include anything except books and exercises. Although I have heard about the Korean version for a long time, I also watched it intermittently. Some, on the contrary, my mother is more able to catch up with the trend than me, and I watched the movie as soon as it was released. And I should really watch it when I was a freshman. In my mind, I have already positioned "My Sassy Girl" as an absurd and happy movie, but I was still moved when I watched it.
Yesterday, I saw the U.S. version on the school's BT, and I immediately downloaded it and opened it in a hurry. I didn't expect it to drop my expectations to the bottom.
Forcing the spirit and enduring the "savage" of the perfect old beauty, I can't help but be amazed: apart from imitation, what did those blondes interpret?
The same plot, blunt imitation, even "Canon" has not changed, but made small changes in some places, I really don't know the meaning of this movie. Are Americans also learning the ethos of the "Republic of Korea"? They also boycott products imported from other countries. They insist on replacing a classic film with its own actors, slightly modifying it, spending a few volumes of domestically produced video tapes, and then selling it to those couch potatoes?
Apart from lame imitations, I only Seeing the fragmented plot and the fake tears of the actors did not evoke my emotional resonance at all. Charlie said Rock likes red, why didn't I see that? How come the old man's words under the big tree are not like the words of a nation that likes to shout for human rights?
...
In terms of plot, the US version failed, completely in the same old way as the Korean version; in terms of acting skills, the US version failed, Rock is not barbaric enough, he just created a man who likes to drink red wine, doesn't know how to protect himself, and occasionally drops a few drops for no apparent reason. The stubborn girl with tears, and the difference between Charlie and Cha Tae Hyun needless to say, everyone can see it, and that fat cousin is simply superfluous, except for seeing a girl in the park and shouting YES to his cousin excitedly, what else would he do? What; in terms of the aesthetics of the picture, the American version is a failure. In the film, only the flashing neon and the "big" tree that bends and winds like a bonsai.

Wow, I don't know if there is a lower rating than very bad, if possible, I will definitely choose it, if I have to give this review a rating, I hope it is negative five stars! ! !

PS to add a point, someone said in the forum that it is rare to get a star for this movie, I am so excited to say that this is my first time~~~~
PS, PS typo~ I wrote "Canon" as "Carmen" , thank you for the reminder, woo woo ~~~

  • Jordan Roark: Some of us are meant to suffer, you know? Some of us are led to believe that we have this certain destiny and then it just gets snatched away. But we have to stay alive. Because we have to see how the story ends.

  • Jordan Roark: You take the first one.

Charlie Bellow: We can ride together.

Jordan Roark: No, I'll take the next one.

Jordan Roark: If I don't say goodbye to you now, I won't be able to.

    Charlie Bellow: Then don't.

    Jordan Roark: I have to.

    Charlie Bellow: Why?

Jordan Roark: It's in the letter.

    Charlie Bellow: Right.
