"We will kill them all"

This is not a typical American anti-terrorist Hollywood blockbuster. The fierce gun battle in the film only accounts for less than one-third of the film. Through this mutual killing scene, the climax of the film is set off, and the theme of the end of the film is revealed. The foreshadowing.

The film took about 10 minutes to set up the background of the story, telling the direct conflict between Arab countries and Western countries led by the United States in the "post-911" era and the intensification of contradictions of beliefs, which led to the division and peace of the Arab world itself. It was torn apart, and as a result, the tragic scene of the terrorist attack on the white Saudi Arabian community at the beginning of the story occurred.

The FBI's subsequent investigation was obstructed by domestic conservative bureaucrats and various forces in Saudi Arabia. The plot was quite boring. The FBI protagonist played by Jimmy Fox and the Saudi Arabian prince volunteered to ask: Which one is strong against terrorism? As a result, several FBI agents found fragments of glass balls on the corpse, drained water from the explosion ruins and found the remains of the vehicle. As a result, they found a den of terrorists, and finally the terrorists took the initiative to attack. Only then did I expose myself and lead the wolf into the room-too underestimated the IQ of Saudi allies and Saudi terrorists.

The gun battle after the start of the rush was quite fierce, and some hand-cranked cameras were very visible, but the five FBI agents, including the kidnapped one who experienced an explosion and a rain of gunshots, were all alive in the end, which is also a miracle. Even the grandson of the big boss was ambushed and killed by the Saudi police officer Faram (the actor Ashraf Bam who played the role was the protagonist of the American TV series "Tyrant"). It can only be said that the Americans really cherish their lives.

The finishing touch of the story happened in the last scene. FBI agent Fran, who died in the initial terrorist attack, was a friend of one of the female agents, and Jimmy Fox comforted her with the dead terrorist Boss. His grandson said exactly the same: We will kill them all.

Whether in the Western countries or the Arab world, the seeds of hatred have been planted, and the instinct to avenge hatred and eradicate dissidents will continue. The bloodshed is hard to stop. This is the cruel truth of this world.

Terrorism and counter-terrorism are both rooted in faith and the dialogue between the two children is very warm

Absolutely underrated film! ! ! The action scenes and the suspense of the case are distributed just right, especially the action scenes at the beginning and the back are very well presented. But what I admire most is the part of handling the case in Saudi Arabia. The plot advancement, resistance and cultural barriers are well integrated, and the script and story are quite smooth in the middle. As for the ending part, I have to mention that it is probably the best emotional uplift I have seen this year, and the realm of the whole film is sublimated.

The Kingdom quotes

  • Adam Leavitt: What are four people supposed to do over there in five days, anyways?

Grant Sykes: Weren't you the one that practically demanded we go this morning?

Adam Leavitt: Yeah, I didn't say I. I said FBI.

  • Prince Ahmed Bin Khaled: Four FBI agents will be allowed to land at Prince Sultan Air Base this evening. General Abdulmalik, Chief of Investigative Services for the National Guard, has been put in charge of solving this crime.

Colonel Faris Al Ghazi: Your Highness. I know General Abdulmalik. I attend his interrogation of one of my men. The General does not have investigative experience.

Prince Ahmed Bin Khaled: The attackers wore police uniforms. Your uniforms. Some of your men may have been involved with this cell. May still be involved. Al Ghazi, consider yourself lucky even to have a role at all. The Americans are our guests for five days. Take extremely good care of them and I want them to leave as safe as they arrived. Understood?

Colonel Faris Al Ghazi: Yes, Your Highness.
