In the last shot, if you look closely, you will find that both Elena and Lucia's hairstyles are the same as those in the middle of the film. Why did luna appear again? Because she wasn't dead yet. And the writer typing the last letter in front of the computer seems to imply that his novel is finally finished, and it also implies that the story has a sunny ending, is that true? Not necessarily, maybe the second half of the story (the beginning of the little girl's death) was written by the writer lorenzo, just his imagination, or maybe it really happened like in the movie, but in the end everyone got redemption. What a clever ending that perfectly echoes Lorenzo's saying that the story can go from the end, through a hole back to the middle, and start all over again, if you give me time. The sunshine at the end is to tell everyone that no matter how tragic the story is, as long as there is hope, you can find a hole from the end back to the beginning and start over.
This is a powerful movie. Its center is simple, give yourself and others a chance that any sin can be redeemed
